Welcome to The Charlottetown Dental Clinic. As a new patient, your first visit is very important. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and review all of your dental needs. One of our dentists will perform a thorough oral examination, which will include x-rays, gum health assessment, cancer screening and cavity assessment. Then together, a treatment plan will be developed to suit your individual needs.
Office Policies
We offer direct billing of most major insurance companies and take care of all the paper work. Please come prepared and have your policy plan number with you. It is your responsibility to be aware of what your insurance plan covers and what your maximum is for the year. Some insurance companies will only reimburse you after you have paid for your treatment, so it is very important that you know how your plan works.
Cancellation Policy
We require advanced notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. We provide e-mail reminders regarding appointments a month in advance and phone call reminders the day before your appointment to help you avoid scheduling conflicts.
Patient Forms
Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to fill out our new patient form. This will cover contact information as well as a brief medical history so that we can serve you better. Please come prepared with a list of current medications you are taking.
Our Location
Our clinic is conveniently located at 35 Grafton Street in downtown Charlottetown. We have a parking lot behind our office for your convenience and there is two-hour parking available on Grafton Street as well. We look forward to meeting you.
Payment Options
For your convenience we accept a variety of payment options: cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard, and Interac E-transfer. We also offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Payment is due upon completion of treatment.
